Online Birth and Death Certificate

THE BIRTH AND DEATH CERTIFICATE STATUTORY PROVISION:

Every birth shall be registered within 14 days and every death shall be
registered within 7 days with the Town Panchayat. Any person who wants to
register a birth or a death shall inform the Town Panchayat office in the
prescribed format (Appendix) along with a certificate from the person or
Medical Institution, who conducted delivery in the case of birth and from
the Medical Officer who treated the patient in the case of death
