Kidnapped Chennai student Keerthivasan safely returned back...!!!!

Kirthi vaasan, a class 9th student of DAV Senior Secondary School, who was
kidnapped yesterday in Chennai, has been rescued.

The Chennai City Police Commissioner (CPC), T Rajendran, in his televises
press conference show off the boy, safe and healthy, to the public. He
claimed that the kidnappers had not left the city area due to police action.


The CPC says a 'minimal amount' was paid as ransom for Kirthi vaasan's
release.

Mr.Rajendran said the police had no idea as to who had carried out the
kidnapping. He requested that the police be given a week to find out details
of the crime. He also claimed the number from which the ransom call was made
had been made from a mobile phone using a SIM bought with falsified personal
details.
