The Southern Railway has announced partial cancellation and delay of four EMU trains between February 7 and 10 due to line block in connection with engineering works between Arakkonam and Tiruttani.
According to a press release, the Moore Market Complex (MMC)-Tiruttani local leaving at 7.15 am will be partially cancelled between Arakkonam and Tiruttani and will run upto Arakkonam. The Tiruttani MMC local scheduled to leave 9.40 am will leave from Arakkonam instead of Tiruttani. The schedule will be in place between February 7 and 10.
The MMC Tiruttani local leaving at 10 am will be regulated at Arakkonam for 35 minutes on February 7 and 9 and Tirupathi Chennai Central Express will be delayed around 90 minutes enroute on February 8 and 10.
