1. Cool your pulse points on your body. by running some cold water for a couple of minutes on your wrists.
 
2. Drink water even if you are not thirsty so it can cool your body. Do not drink soda as this will only dehydrate you more.
 
3. Stay away from big, giant meals.
 
4. Don't wear your shoes or hat while indoors. Much of the body's heat is released through the soles of the feet.
 
5. Wear Light Colors dress, Darker colors will absorb the sun's rays and make you more warmer.
 
6. Keep a bottle of water nearby. It will help you stay cool and keep you hydrated.
